 the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Plenty of overflow parking. 
 Public restrooms at the trail head.\nNo fees.\nDescription: Moderate 8
 -mile loop from Rodeo Beach to Tennessee Cove with two 850 ft. elevat
 ion gains. Most of us did the dog-friendly 5.4-mile Rodeo Loop.\nCarpo
 oled and caravaned to arrive between 9:15 and 10:00.\nFlora: Western B
 lue Eyed Grass, California Poppy, Checkerbloom, Star Lily, Cobweb This
 tle, Catchfly, Goldfields, Milkmaids. Lots of non-natives like Sparaxi
 s Tricolor and African Cornflag.\nFauna: Ravens, Hawks, Deer, Western 
 Fence Lizard.\nDinner: We Trail-gated at the picnic area. It was sunn

 opular area with many other activies like surfing, cycling and ultra-m
 arathon-running. Plenty of parking which was needed. Nina rode her bik
 e from San Francisco which was smart because on the way back the tunne
 l was closed to car traffic but she got through it on her bike. It too
 k the rest of us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get from Rodeo Beach to the
