DESCRIPTION:Strenuous 9.5 mile semi-loop to the top up Nevada Fall. Up
 per John Muir Trail is closed so return to the Silver Apron via the Mi
 st Trail, then take the Clark Point trail to Clark Point where you con
 nect to the lower portion of the John Muir Trail.\r\nMake this a moder
 ate hike by skipping the Nevada Fall portion. After the Silver Apron b
 ridge view, go up Clark Trail. At Clark Point take a right on the John
  Muir.\r\nElevation: 4000 ft. at the trail head. The top of Nevada Fal
 l is  5907 ft., for a 1907 ft. change.\r\nTrail Head: Curry Village p
 arking lot.\r\nFee: $35 per vehicle park entrance fee or pass.\r\nDinn
