Event Description

Sunrise Trail to Sunrise Lakes in Yosemite.
Trail head is at the west end of Tenaya Lake on Tioga Rd.
6.4 miles round trip to Lower Sunrise Lake, 8.8 miles to Upper Sunrise and back.
Trail head elevation is 8150 ft., 1300 ft. elevation gain and loss.
Most difficult part is where we'll gain 1000 ft. of elevation in about a mile of switchbacks. Oh, goody!
