Weather: Mid-sixties and sunny. Blue skies.
Trail Head: Bear Gulch Day Use Parking Lot, The Pinnacles National Park east entrance.
Fee: $10.00/car entrance fee paid at the visitor's center, or national park pass.
Description: Moderate 6.1-mile loop through Bear Gulch Cave and up High Peaks Trail, completing on Condor Gulch Trail.
Trail Head Elevation: 1260 ft. The highest point is 2628 ft.
Transportation: Carpool and caravan to the visitor's center.
No dogs on the trail.
Flora: Shooting Stars, Indian Warrior, Milkmaids.
Fauna: Ravens. Maybe two condors spotted by Tracy.
Dinner: Build-A-Burrito Bar and birthday celebration for Nina at the trail head.
