Hawley Grade
Hello,
Never blogged before, so here goes. Tackled the Hawley Grade hike today. First hike post-op so a little rough on the uphill side. Only a 4.2 mile hike but it's continual uphill on the way up.
Looking forward to Point Reyes. Hoping being coastal will be easier on the lungs as it takes me awhile to get going.
Will try to post a few pictures soon, but my busy week is starting. Nice view of Lake Tahoe from the trail. People pictures were in shadow, but the lake pictures turned out nice.
After today, I think I've decided that I will be the caboose of Pt. Reyes, at least for the first half. Once I warm up, I plod along pretty well.
