Inspired by the wildflowers seen at the pass and along SR-108 on 8/13/17.
Description: Short, strenuous 5.0 mile up and back to St. Mary's Pass at 10,637 ft. and Sonora Peak at 11,464 ft.
Elevation Gain: 2000 ft.
Trail Head: .8 mile west of Sonora Pass on SR 108 at the St. Mary's Trail Head. 9427 ft. elevation.
Fees: None.
Dogs are welcome.
Dinner: Trail Gate at the campsites at Clark Fork Campground. Sites to be determined.
Last hiked 8/26/17.
Consider camping at Clark Fork Campground between 7/12 and 7/18, Loop B. All sites first come first serve.
