Trip Notes - Pleasanton Ridge

Trail Head: Foothill Staging Area off of Foothill Road.

Description: 7.4 mile figure 8 became between 6.5 and 8.5 mile treks.

Difficulty: Moderate with a 1132 ft. elevation change.

Trail head elevation: 281 ft.

Weather: Calm and clear, 34 degrees in the morning with a high of 46 degrees.

Dinner: Eleven of us dined at Casa Orozco in Livermore.

Canine:  (5) Jacques, Rocky, Chato, Shorty, & Rosie.

Remarks:  Great visibility and a great start to the new hiking season. Everyone completed the hike before 2pm. The restaurant was a pleasant find.  Niners won!
