Event Description
Moderate 6.5-mile up and back from Saddlebag Lake day use parking lot to the first lake. 550 foot elevation gain beginning at 10,100 ft. More mileage and elevation to explore all six lakes.
Trail Head: Saddlebag Lake day use parking lot.
Conness Lakes location: Monroe Hall Research Natural Area.
Fees: $30 Yosemite entrance fee or Pass to drive through the park.
Dinner: Trail Gate at the campsites.
Dogs: Prohibited in Monroe Hall Research Natural Area however we saw many dogs on the trail last year. Dogs are welcome on alternate hike Twenty Lakes Loop.

I know this will be a fun hike/camp and sorry to miss!! I plan to camp with friends at Morro Beach; planned 6 months ago! This will be my first camping since I broke my wrist. :)
