Photo Album #165.
The HWY 108 hike route depended on Hwy 108 being closed after Kennedy Meadows, not before. More snow fell than anticipated so the road was closed at the snow park. The hike became a snowshoe excursion.
Description: About a five mile round trip from the Snow Park to the campground at 5N28.
Elevation Change: About 200 feet.
Dinner: Early afternoon snack at the parking lot while it was still sunny, then tacos later at Jackie & Dave's.
Participants: (8) Michael Booth, Steven Fotheringham, Barb Hayes, Jackie & Dave Lederle, Nina Shah, Nick & Becky Teberg.
Canine: Rocky.
Comments: It was great to visit and drink wine with Michael Booth, PCT Class of 2015!

Sounds like BIG FUN! Perhaps I should dig out my snowshoes?
