Trail Head: Tioga Pass Park Entrance Station Parking Lot or the Leavitt Meadows lot.
Trail Head Elevation: 9973 ft.
Elevation Gain: about 900 ft.
Weather: Sunny and in the low sixties.
Description: Moderate CCW 7-mile loop from Lower Gaylor past Upper Gaylor and out to the Tioga Lake vista. Then up to the mine and cross-country to Upper Granite and Lower Granite and back to Lower Gaylor and the trail.
Fees: $20/car YNP entrance fee or pass.
Flora: Alpine and Explorer's Gentian, Rosey Sedum, Grass-Of-Parnassus.
Fauna: Tree-frogs, Yosemite Toads, Pica, Marmots.
Dinner: Whoa Nellie Deli in Lee Vining.

Comments: Beautiful day. The marmot and pica were entertaining. Gorgeous views including the one from Tioga Lake Lookout. The rocks were exceptional and so was the company.
